See what your CI spends, and what it did not need to
Install a read-only GitHub App on your organization, pick repositories, and get a shadow report of job-minutes and list-price dollars your team would not have spent: tests that ran where nothing could break, re-runs that repeated a pass, and work placed on the dearest runner.
What it reads
Actions: read. Metadata: read. Nothing else: no code, no secrets, no billing settings.
How long it takes
Usually within an hour; busy repositories can take a few hours. The progress page shows where each run stands.
What it keeps
Reports and the history behind them are deleted 30 days after a report completes, or sooner on request. Tenant data is never backed up.
When access ends
Firstpass stops reading 7 days after your last report. Uninstall the App at any time; that deletes everything.
Firstpass can only read your GitHub Actions history; it cannot change anything. Reports and history are deleted 30 days after a report finishes.
